Anxiety and Depression has been the order of our existence especially in females as a result of improper processing of some unfavorable and unexpected stimuli.
But the question is why are our dear, lovely and well-deserving people of this world, going through these?
In our attempt to answer this in a very interactive mode, we are going to take an exercise and afterwards share our results through the comments section.
Think about all the people in this world whom you have had very hurtful experiences with and ask yourself specifically what got you hurt so badly and got you into a very complete derailment or heartbroken situation.
